The Friends Of St Matthew's (FOSM) is set up to provide fundraising support by organising a number of events throughout the year. Every parent and carer of a child attending the school is automatically a member of the FOSM, as are all the teaching and non-teaching staff at the school.
There is a working committee who help organise and run these events. If you would like to get involved, we would love to hear from you. Please contact the school office who can direct you to the appropriate persons. We always need new faces and fresh ideas to help us grow and raise more funds to help improve our school.
The FOSM event calendar has been full this month with the quiz night and KS1 & KS2 school discos - which were all great fun. Thank you to everyone who supported the events by attending and / or volunteering your time. We will update you in the next newsletter with the total amount you have helped us raised, so watch this space.
You will have received a letter by email about our Mother’s Day Raffle which will be drawn on Thursday 7th March at 3.20pm in the school playground. Raffle tickets are available to purchase on-line using the following link: https://forms.gle/C2P6iGg7G4VB8j4y8 or from the school playground at the end of the school day.
We have some fantastic prizes up for grabs so please read the letter carefully - which contains all the information you need. The raffle is open to everyone, so please do share the link with your family and friends.
